Product Summary
The TWL2214CAPFBR device is a single-chip battery and power management solution for wireless handsets, pagers, personal digital assistants (PDAs), and other battery-powered devices. For battery charging, the device incorporates a linear charger for single-cell Li-Ion and lithium polymer battery packs. Prior to charging, the TWL2214CAPFBR device initiates battery pack wake-up and damaged cell detect functions. For deeply discharged batteries, the device performs precharge conditioning by trickle charge to a user-defined current setting.
